Our Client:

Forbes Hunt is currently working with a leading healthcare company who are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to work within their large finance team based in Buckinghamshire. The company have international operations and a strong history of success. The business has grown rapidly over the last 20 years and have made multiple acquisitions which has increased the size and complexity of this group. Due to changes in the business they are looking to strengthen their business partnering team with the addition of this role.

Job Specification/Core Responsibilities:

Reporting directly into the Head of FP&A you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Partner with Operations Managers to assist in the monthly running of multiple sites
• Prepare detailed dashboard reports for each site and work with the operations teams to understand and interpret complex financial data
• Prepare the monthly budgets vs forecasts and associated variance analysis
• Work with the finance team to prepare annual budgets for each site
• Review operational spending/costs at each site and work to reduce overheads where possible
• Work with the Finance team to review current systems and procedures
• Assist the operations managers with the creation of new sites including project accounting and analysis
• Ad-hoc tasks

Key Requirements:

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or close to completion
• Experience with systems and process improvement
• Strong business partnering skills will be required
• Experience working in a multi-site environment
• A proven track record of working with ‘non-finance’ stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Strong commercial skill set with a number of years’ experience within a similar role
